James Henry Williams, born July fourth nineteen sixty-one in Ocala Florida was raised in Brooklyn. New York from age 6 months as a devote Methodist. His Grandmother, the late Rev. Estella Garrison, was the ''Pastor of St. Martin, A.M.E.  Zion; Therefore, not being taught the Power of the Holy Ghost, he backslid at the age of 12. He continued through many life threatening events and teenage dilemmas, until he decided to better his life. Pastor Williams decided to go back to school. He then received his G.E.D. and enrolled into York University where he majored in computer science. .He later enlisted into the military “ Navy “.
There he received extensive training in the medical field in the areas of surgical tech, psychological tech., and emergency medical tech. He was detached and trained with the Marines and Navy Seals at Camp Geiger camp LeJeune North Carolina and the amphibious base in Virginia Beach Virginia. During this time He was witnessed to and the Lord gave him an inspiration and the favor with top officials for an early release. He received an Honorable discharge from the 2nd Marine division 8th Marine. Who all just a few short weeks later, were killed in the Beirut bombing of 1983. After a whole series of mishaps, heart breaks, drug addictions, and downfalls, Pastor Williams made the decision to change, he wanted to change, and he needed to change. Pastor Williams finally surrendered his life totally to Christ on August 8, 1987, in Williston Florida under the ministering Apostle: Lake Jr. He then returned to Meherrin, Virginia when he and his then girlfriend was born into Spirit of Life C.O.G.I.C.in Farmville Virginia under the Pastoral leadership Elder Thomas B.Gifford and Bishop Samuel Green of the 2nd jurisdiction of C.O.G.I.C.
Then on January 1, 1988 he married Ms. Sherre L. Richardson. After some very strong deliverance from the bondage of witchcraft put on him, he served as a faithful member, major soul winner, and a diligent worker for 4 years. God began to deal with Pastor: Williams cultivating his call as a Prophet of God. He and his wife faced new struggles which brought forth the fruits of his calling. He fasted 3 days and lay hands on the cancer eaten womb of his barren wife, that she might be healed.   
Three children later, before being called to Pastor, he Evangelized, prayed, prophesied and raised the dead, making his calling and election sure. Everywhere he went to the Lord sent sheep for him to lead. Prostitutes, drug- addicts, drug dealers, gangsters, homosexuals, and adulterers began giving their lives to the Lord People all over the city began to get delivered, set free, and filled with the Holy Ghost, following him to the local assembly he was attending. They were faithful to bring new souls to home bible studies, he held in his home and in the homes of others.
The work began in 1993 as he started digging” out a ministry from nothing, acting on his faith in what the Lord had spoken to him: James, feed my flock. And I will take care of  your house as long as you take care of my house!” He began his career as a full time Pastor, doing foundation work birthing his first church Macedonia House of Prayer, Praise and Worship in Richmond Virginia, The Higher Heights outreach ministries Far Rockaway NY, The Ephesus House of Prayer, Praise and Worship in Baltimore Md. Pastor Williams has been ordained by United Prayer Deliverance Center, under the leadership of Bishop Nathaniel Hayes in Bridgeport Connecticut.
He is the ordained Organizational ‘Prophet of Deliverance Temple of the Lord Jesus Christ, in Waterbury Connecticut, under the leadership Apostle Ray Rucker. He is also an ordained minister under Christ Worship Center in ‘Richmond and he is currently receiving his doctorate  degree from the Spirit of Truth Institute. He was ordained an Elder of Believe and Receive Ministry, under the Pastoral ship of Bishop George Robinson. From 1991-1992 he completed a full study of the New testament Bible correspondence course from the Good News Mission Arlington Virginia, he was consecrated into the office of Apostle in 1996 by Apostle: Wright of The church of the Redeemed, in 1998 a Bachelor of science in Psychology , studied at Virginia University school of Seminary, 2001 a master of arts in Theology , 2002 studied Psychology at Liberty University, 2005 Doctor of education in Theology and biblical counseling. Three outreach ministries The whole armor of God victory broadcast, Mailing manna and 2nd Timothy 2:15 internet and television show.  With a host of other achievements, awards, signs ,wonders, miracles and fruit following him, there is wonder about this service today, acknowledging what the Lord has established in his life. Thanks be unto God for this might act. Thought a serious of unfortunate events Apostle James H. Williams and First Lady Sherre Williams peaceable part ways on November 2010 as he continually to wait for God to send him another help meet according to Genesis 2:18 (KJV). December 2nd 2019 he dug out another church in Columbia SC., The Houses Of Prayer, Praise And Worship inc.
